A chiller works by injecting a certain amount of water into the machine's internal water tank. The water is cooled by a refrigeration system, and then an internal circulating water pump delivers the chilled water to the equipment requiring cooling. The chilled water absorbs the heat from the equipment, and the resulting warm water is then returned to the water tank for cooling. The process involves heat exchange between the refrigerant and a 20° concentration alcohol-water solution. A low-temperature refrigeration compressor provides the cooling, directly lowering the temperature of the 20° concentration alcohol-water solution from ambient temperature to -5℃. This cooled alcohol-water solution then flows into a heat exchanger (between the alcohol-water solution and water), directly cooling water at approximately 30℃ down to 4℃. Temperature selection range: The system can provide process chilled water between -5℃ and 30℃ (users can select different outlet water temperatures based on their production needs).
