The BMF20 is engineered as a monobloc unit with the compressor, condenser, and ice-making drum housed on a single stainless steel frame. It is intended for daily intermittent or continuous operation in spaces with limited floor area. All water-contact components are food-grade SUS304, and the external panels are electro-polished for easy wash-down.

For machines with a daily output of 3 tons or more, modular ice storage bins can be customized according to customer requirements. Three material specifications are available for selection: double-sided color steel polyurethane panels, double-sided stainless steel polyurethane panels, and one-side color steel & one-side stainless steel polyurethane panels.

Our freshwater flake ice machine evaporators are manufactured from 316 stainless steel in strict compliance with ISO standards. During the ice-making process, water is evenly sprayed onto the inner wall of the evaporator through water spray pipes to form a water film. The water film undergoes heat exchange with the refrigerant flowing in the evaporator channels, causing its temperature to drop rapidly. A thin layer of ice forms on the inner wall of the evaporator, which is then scraped into ice flakes by the ice scraper. Finally, the ice flakes fall through the ice outlet into the ice storage bin.
