Liubao Tea Primary Processing Production Line

Fully taking into account on-site processing, cost-effectiveness, sightseeing and other functional requirements, this customized Liubao tea primary production line and automatic Liubao tea pile-fermenting machine are developed. A dedicated sightseeing corridor is reserved to fully display the whole production flow, and the line realizes continuous, digital and intelligent full-computer automatic control as required by clients.

1. Liubao crude tea primary production
Fresh leaf spreading → Weighing & fixation → Primary rolling → Deblocking → First pile resting → Deblocking → Secondary rolling → Primary drying → Second pile resting → Final drying
2. Liubao pile fermentation process
Crude tea → Weighing & blending → Water adding → Pile fermentation → Drying → Spreading & cooling
