This equipment is controlled by a PLC computer. The buckets are brought into the washing station by the conveyor belt. After being sensed by the photoelectric switch, the stop cylinder works to hold the two buckets. Then, the bucket pushing cylinder pushes the buckets into the clamps shown in the picture. At the same time, the bucket pushing cylinder and the bucket pushing cylinder in the opposite direction retract synchronously. When the bottles reach the clamp position, the clamp is controlled by the cylinder to clamp the bucket mouth tightly. Then, the main shaft cylinder drives the gear to flip 180 degrees. When the main shaft cylinder is pushed to the bottom, the bucket mouth is aligned with the flushing nozzle. Then, the flushing pump starts for flushing. After the flushing is completed, the main shaft flips again to turn the bucket back to its original position. Then, the top bucket cylinder and the push bucket cylinder synchronously push the bucket onto the conveyor belt again, and then it is carried into the filling station by the conveyor belt.
Bottle rinsing: Neck clamping type, rotating water column rinsing.
Filling: Reflux filling valve, with a novel structure, large flow rate, fast filling speed and no dripping or leakage.
Sealing: Magnetic screw cap, adjustable rotational force. The screw cap part adopts planetary motion and an external CAM structure, featuring high precision and low noise. The cap feeder adopts a low-top cap feeding method, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operators.
Material: All parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel
Electrical control system: All control systems adopt Siemens systems. The low-voltage electrical equipment is all Siemens. The operation panel is a touch screen (Siemens).
