Routine Maintenance and Care:

  • After each day's oven use, the thermostat must be reset to zero and the residual current circuit breaker must be disconnected.
  • When cleaning and maintaining the oven, the power must be disconnected; never rinse it with water.
  • Before leaving get off work each day, clean out any food residue and other debris from the oven chamber to avoid affecting baking results.
  • Wipe the exterior of the oven and the viewing glass clean with a cloth regularly to keep the oven clean.
  • Electrical maintenance and care should be performed by qualified personnel.
  • Baking flammable, explosive, or corrosive foods is strictly prohibited.
