LWT4Y Straw Applicator for Round cups adopts advance design with control by serve motor system, achieves fast and accurate straw applying function, available for cups with different sizes.
LWT4Y model is developed from the LWT2Y model of Leiwest Pak. Compare to the previous model, LWT4Y has doubled the production capacity. The straw applying mechanism is fully adopting serve motor system, increased the apply speed into 14,000Cups/hrs. Each station in LWT4Y has individual cup rotating mechanism and photocell, accurately locate the applying position. It adopts screw stick to move the cups into the stations, with better stabilization. LWT4Y adopts non-intermittent movement instead of the previous pause action movement, to achieve smoother processing and higher accuracy.
