Product Overview
The LQ series of partial rotation valve electric actuators is the latest generation of products newly developed by our company. It is suitable for butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves and dampers, etc., which rotate 90 degrees. It can be used for opening, closing or regulating control of valves, and can be remotely controlled or operated on-site.
It is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, food, textile, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, waterworks and sewage treatment.
The protection grade of this product is IP67. The explosion-proof grade of the flameproof type products (indicated by "Ex" in the model) is d II BT6 or d II CT6.
Mechanical housing
The housing: The aluminum alloy housing is treated with oxidation. The polyester powder outer coating can adapt to various harsh working conditions.
Transmission mechanism: Equipped with an accurate double worm gear mechanism, low noise, and high output torque.
Self-locking function: The double worm gear mechanism has a self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation.
Motor: Special designed induction motor, with built-in thermal protection switch to prevent motor overheating, insulation class F.
External mechanical limit: Prevents overtravel when the limit switch fails.
Torque switch: Provides overload protection when the valve torque is too large, with one for opening and one for closing torque.
Limit switch: Can precisely locate the valve position, and the auxiliary switch can provide dry contact signals.
Terminal block: Spring-loaded terminal block, with firm wiring, suitable for use in vibrating environments;
Dehydrator: A dehydrator can prevent water vapor from condensing.
Clutch mechanism: Engage the switch handle to operate the handwheel. It will automatically reset when powered on.
Handwheel: With handwheel operation, the valve can be opened or closed during power failure or in an emergency.
