L-BS514 automatic PET blow moulding machine is suitable for making 10LPET bottles in automatic way.
Features
1.1, The main structure is made of #63 channel steel, welded by A3 folding, the surface (blue as basic color) is treated with plastic ejection. the whole structure is delicate and durable.
1.2, cylinders from Airtac, PLC from Delta, valves from SMC
1.3, Conveyor system adopts #45 steel, the surface is galvanized.
1.4, the machine is easy to operate by inserting the preform on preform holder, then the movement of heating,blowing and finished bottle transferring is done automatically.
1.5, Preforms are transferred to the heater through rotating and passing-one-by-one to ensure being heated evenly.
1.6, Output:800-1200pcs/hr for 10L bottles
