The KF Series specialized injection molding machines are dedicated to the production of high-end thin-walled containers for food and other applications, such as high-end disposable eco-friendly PP material ice cream cups, yogurt cups, milk tea cups, lunch boxes, knives, forks, spoons, etc. They are a new type of specialized injection molding machine for niche markets developed by Powerjet in recent years, leading in technology.

Key Structural Design Highlights
① New three-plate clamping design optimizes stress distribution, delivering higher rigidity and more stable performance to meet the demands of rapid mechanical movement.② Water separators and air-blowing devices are reasonably arranged on the fixed platen and moving platen, making production more convenient for customers and the machine more aesthetically pleasing.③ Dual pull-rod structure for injection unit movement ensures more secure positioning and more accurate alignment.④ Special oil circuit design with nitrogen-assisted injection significantly boosts injection acceleration and mechanical movement speed; the all-round oil circuit connection process enhances durability.⑤ Unique single-cylinder injection design enables faster and more stable injection speed, satisfying the needs of multi-cavity thin-walled products. (Applicable to KF300 and above models)⑥ New rigid machine frame with enhanced shock absorption ensures more stable production.
