This fully automatic external bucket washing machine adopts our independently developed and original inline washing process.

 

It is mainly composed of frame with viewing windows, bucket feeding mechanism, brush washing unit, bucket discharging mechanism, transmission system, circulating water tank, washing water pump and control system. It delivers all-round brushing and cleaning for buckets, making it an optimal choice for barreled water manufacturers.

 

Cleaning is realized by relative movement between 5-gallon buckets and rotating brushes. It thoroughly cleans the bucket neck, body and bottom without blind spots, and is applicable to both flat-bottom and concave-bottom buckets. The unit is equipped with a circulating water tank and water pump. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

Its control system adopts well-known domestic and international components: Siemens PLC and Schneider AC contactors. Featuring elegant appearance, compact structure, high efficiency, stable operation and high automation, it is an ideal auxiliary device for fully automatic barreled water production lines.

Buckets are conveyed into the washing machine by the conveyor chain, and pushed by the bucket shifting rollers on the main transmission to pass through the brush sets in sequence. Driven by rotating brushes, the buckets spin automatically. The brush speed is adjustable to ensure thorough cleaning of the outer surface, while the bottom brush cleans the bucket base simultaneously.
