1,The servo motor is adopted to drive molding mechanism, triggering off a bottom linkage as well. The whole mechanism works speedy, accurately, stably and flexibly, as well as energy saving and environment protection.

2、With oil or electric heating, the molds can ensure bottle meets hot filling requirement and withstand temperature up to 92% without deformation. The single cavity can reach the capacity to 1000~800 BPH.

7.The simple slide-in way of mold mounting makes it possible for the operators to change molds easily within 30 minutes.
