1. It features a wide temperature working range and a heating circulation function, with a customizable temperature range. It is equipped with a dual-window temperature LCD display that can simultaneously show the set temperature and the actual measured temperature, as well as an over-temperature alarm function. It can also be optionally equipped with a second constant temperature field as a temperature control source, allowing for precise temperature control of the second constant temperature field to within 0.1℃.
2. The entire machine is designed with a user-friendly interface, featuring simple and quick operation, ease of use, and low maintenance costs. The water cooling system is specially designed to activate the cooling mode at 200℃, ensuring forced cooling in high-temperature conditions. Some models can achieve precise temperature control at any point within the range from room temperature to +300℃. The water cooling system uses a four-channel plate heat exchanger, and the circulation system adopts high-performance Olank circulation pumps, which are reliable and low-noise.
3. The entire machine is microcomputer-controlled, featuring self-diagnostic functions, over-temperature protection, and multiple safety protection functions such as dry-burning prevention in the heating chamber.
4. The temperature control point is the heat transfer medium, and the same heat transfer medium is used throughout the entire heating and cooling process, eliminating the need to change the cold and hot media. The operation process is safe and convenient.
5. For external pressure-resistant containers, a high-flow and high-head circulation system is used to establish a second constant temperature field at a distance.
6. For external glass containers, a pipeline pressure reduction control is adopted to effectively prevent glass instruments from breaking under high pressure.
7. The heat transfer medium circulates in a closed system. At low temperatures, the heat transfer medium can effectively avoid absorbing water vapor from the air. At high temperatures, the heat transfer medium is effectively isolated from the air to prevent oil mist formation. The isolation of the heat transfer medium from the air also effectively prevents the medium from oxidizing and deteriorating, increasing the service life of the heat transfer medium and allowing it to operate over a wide temperature range for a long time. The entire circulation system is a pure mechanical structure, which is safe and durable.
