High-Temperature Contact Angle Meter HTC
Developed and manufactured independently by Betop Science, the HTC High-Temperature Contact Angle Meter is designed to study the contact angle variation between molten materials and their corresponding substrates at high temperatures.
The HTC can perform surface and interfacial property tests for high-melting-point materials under high vacuum or inert gas atmospheres (such as argon or nitrogen).
For low-melting-point materials, it can visually and quantitatively characterize behaviors such as contraction, deformation, melting, wetting, spreading, and solidification during heating and cooling processes.

Main Functions
-
Static and Dynamic Contact Angle Measurement: Capable of measuring liquid/solid contact angles statically and dynamically analyzing the changes in contact angle over time or with temperature.
-
Surface Tension Calculation: By obtaining relevant parameters, it can calculate the surface tension of melts and assess their wettability on substrate materials.
-
Material Parameter Measurement: Can measure parameters of certain solid materials (such as sintering temperature, softening temperature, melting point, etc.).
-
Sample Morphology Monitoring: Records changes in the shape of samples during the sintering process.
-
Wide Temperature Range Measurement: Enables measurement of the above parameters within the temperature range of room temperature to 2200°C. With 30-stage programmable settings, it can analyze complex heat treatment processes.
