The full-automatic capping machine is improved and designed with reference to advanced international models. It features fast capping speed, high qualification rate, and easy operation. It is suitable for capping different bottle shapes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, pesticides, and cosmetics. The machine integrates cap feeding, bottle clamping, conveying, and capping functions, with high automation, good stability, and easy adjustment. When changing bottle or cap types, no spare parts are needed—only adjustments are required. (If equipped with a cap feeder, it can realize automatic cap feeding), and optional configurations are available according to actual needs.
Operation Mode:
The equipment is equipped with four sets of wheels:
- The first set of wheels rotates in reverse to align the threads of the cap with those of the bottle mouth first.
- The second, third, and fourth sets of wheels rotate forward to screw the cap onto the bottle.
