This equipment is designed with 8 rows and single station for high-pressure rinsing, with one actual rinsing station. It is equipped with a mechanical lifting rinsing function and features an independent station design.

 

Rinsing is realized by a high-pressure plunger pump. Special nozzles with different angles (fan-shaped, water jet-shaped, 45° downward inclined) are adopted for three different dead corners including the barrel bottom, barrel body and barrel neck, with the nozzle pressure adjustable from 80 to 120 bar.

 

Automatic barrel loading is achieved by a simple mechanical arm (driven by air cylinder): When the photoelectric sensor detects the barrels conveyed from the external barrel brushing machine via the conveyor chain, the mechanical arm starts to operate and automatically transfers the barrels from the conveyor chain to the barrel loader. Then the overturning air cylinder works to move the empty barrels to the high-pressure inner barrel rinsing machine. The inner rinsing lift inserts into the barrels for high-speed rinsing, and the top turntable drives the barrels to rotate for dead-corner-free rinsing, which can thoroughly rinse out foreign matters inside the barrels.

 

This system is equipped with an upper and lower barrel positioning device to avoid improper barrel insertion and achieve a 100% barrel loading rate. The rinsing process is fully automatic on-line rinsing, with independent barrel loading and unloading mechanisms configured. A cylindrical rinsing water tank is equipped, using recycled concentrated water from water treatment as the water source; the wastewater after rinsing is not recycled. The on-line speed is matched with the 1200 BPH main unit.
