High-Efficiency Egg Conveyor System - Automated & Durable

The Big Herdsman egg collection system consists of modules such as egg buffer device, egg collection belt, sprocket box, horizontal egg collection, elevator egg collection, manual egg picking platform, egg picker, and central egg collection. Among them, the horizontal egg collection and elevator egg collection can provide customized designs according to different cage types with different numbers of floors and heights. The central egg collection can provide the most scientific layout plan based on the customer's chicken house layout and factory terrain.

Egg Buffer

The lifting and lowering times and frequency can be adjusted according to actual needs. The pusher motor provides lifting power, eliminating the need for a separate air source. Moisture from fresh egg shells evaporates on the bottom net, reducing dust and feathers adhering to the eggshell surface. Eggs roll smoothly onto the egg collection belt, minimizing collisions with existing eggs and reducing egg breakage.

Egg Puller

High-quality rubber egg prying claws are soft and flexible, harmless to the eggs. High-quality PP egg scrapers are precisely sized and minimally impact the eggs. The egg scrapers are installed at regular intervals to effectively minimize collisions between eggs as they roll directly into the central egg collection area, reducing egg breakage.

Egg Collection Belt

Egg Collection Belt Width: 95mm
Egg Collection Belt is washable, anti-fouling, anti-static, and dust-resistant. Egg Collection Belt Speed: 1.7 m/min, adjustable according to actual needs or with an optional variable frequency motor.

●Solid: pp material, with low elongation. After it has been installed for the first time, there is no further need to cut and stitch it again.

●Holed: polyester material, has a larger elongation than the solid egg collecting belt. After a period of use, the belt has to be cut short and stitched again. If egg is broken, the egg liquid can flow into the feed trough below the belt through these holes to reduce effect.
