Principle of the Equipment
The entire roll of tape is placed on the unwind air expansion shaft. The tape is pulled by traction to the cardboard bin and adheres to the handle cardboard sucked by the suction paper mechanism and is then conveyed forward. After passing through the paper feeding drive wheel and tension control arm, it is fixed on the vacuum suction film mechanism, waiting for the packaging product. The product enters the handle machine from right to left on the conveyor line. When it reaches the suction film mechanism, the tape adheres to the side of the product. At the same time, the rocker arm of the mechanism swings clockwise, releasing the vacuum, so that the tape is above the product and is pulled forward to the other side of the product. After passing through the film cutting mechanism, the tape is cut at the right time. The rear pressure wheel swings clockwise and presses down, adhering the rear section of the tape to the rear side of the product, completing the process of attaching the handle tape.
