The entire machine features food-contact surfaces made of 304 stainless steel, meeting the hygiene standards required for the food processing industry. It is equipped with a PLC control system from a globally renowned brand and comes with a color touchscreen display, allowing operators to easily set parameters such as packaging quantity and speed directly on the screen. A dual servo drive system ensures precise metering. The machine automatically handles all steps—from bag feeding and coding to bag opening, filling, compaction, sealing, shaping, and finally, product output.

The liquid and paste dispensing packaging system consists of a rotary packaging machine and a liquid filling machine. It utilizes imported electrical components and original parts to ensure high equipment quality and reliable operation, while an integrated waterproof system makes cleaning even more convenient. The system delivers consistent performance and operates at high speed.

Automatic detection feature: If the bag is not opened or is opened incompletely, no material is added and no sealing occurs, allowing the bag to be reused—preventing waste and helping users reduce production costs. Safety device: An alarm will sound if the working air pressure is abnormal or if the heating tube malfunctions. Bag width adjustment is motorized—simply hold down the control button to easily adjust the width of each set of machine clamps, making operation convenient and saving time.
