The intelligent combination scale features an advanced PLC and POD (touchscreen) operation interface, offering convenient handling, high precision, rapid performance, and stable functionality. It also includes an automatic detection feature: if a bag is not opened or is incompletely opened, the machine will stop dispensing material and sealing—allowing the bag to be reused instead of being discarded, thus preventing waste and helping users cut down on production costs. Additionally, the device is equipped with safety mechanisms—such as an alarm that activates when abnormal working air pressure or heating tube malfunctions occur. Bag width adjustment is motorized; simply hold down the control button to easily fine-tune the width of each set of clamps, saving time while expanding the machine’s versatility. It’s capable of packaging a wide range of materials, including multi-layer composite films, polyester/polyethylene, polyester/aluminum foil/polyethylene, polyester/aluminized film/polyethylene, as well as paper/polyethylene combinations.
