The spiral coil heat exchange surface is arranged in a way that maximizes heat transfer efficiency. The boiler can provide hot water at the rated temperature within just 3 minutes from a cold start. The burner uses patented technology from the United States, ensuring high combustion efficiency and adjustable emission levels that are far below national standards, showcasing its high efficiency and environmental performance. The overall thermal efficiency of the unit can reach 95% or higher.

The unique structure of the direct current coil overcomes the significant defects of fatigue and stress corrosion cracking in general horizontal internal combustion boilers. It also avoids issues like drum or shell bulging due to water shortage accidents in shell boilers and the inability of vacuum water boilers to maintain vacuum levels over time. The boiler ensures good water circulation, ensuring uniform heating and cooling of the coil pipes.

The boiler is equipped with multiple protections such as combustion, supply/return water pressure, supply/return water temperature, and coil wall temperature, ensuring fully automatic and safe operation.
