Grain Moisturizing Insulated Water Tank
Air bucket interfaces are designed at both ends of the water tank. During grain steaming, connect the exhaust pipe of the wine steamer to the air bucket of the water tank. The steam from the steamer heats the internal water to above 95°C for grain moisturizing, achieving energy-saving effects.
The entire equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, with internal stainless steel tube heating. This eliminates the risk of flavor tainting caused by direct heating of grain moisturizing water with distillation steam.
The equipment is additionally equipped with a steam auxiliary heating mechanism for use when the distillation steam is insufficient or the temperature cannot be reached.
Internal capacity: 1.5T, used in conjunction with the air-cooled condenser.
