The glass bottle filling machine adopts a neck clamping and hanging working state design, and uses the lifting of the filling valve. It is controlled by advanced technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer control, and frequency converter control. The glass bottle production line adopts a hygienic filling head system, featuring a umbrelle-type structure, fast filling speed, and filling heads that can meet full filling and hygiene requirements. A well-structured silo system (with exhaust, full sealing and temperature measurement capabilities) is adopted. For medium and high-speed lines, large liquid cylinders are eliminated and replaced by liquid distributors, which can achieve thorough CIP pressure cleaning.

Rinsing section

1.The air conveying device directly connected to the bottle dial enters the bottle passage.

2.All 304/316 stainless steel cleaning heads feature a water-spraying water injection design, which saves water and ensures better cleaning.

3. 304/316 stainless steel gripper with plastic pad to ensure minimal bottle collision during the cleaning process.

4.304/316 stainless steel cleaning pump, making the machine more durable.

Filling section

1.304/316 stainless steel high-precision filling nozzles.                    

2.The filling volume can be fine-tuned and the liquid level remains the same after filling.                    

3.All 304/316 stainless steel contact parts and liquid tanks are finely polished with no dead corners and are easy to clean.                    

4.304/316 stainless steel filling pump.

 Capping part

1.The electromagnetic capping head has a discharging function to ensure that the bottle collision is minimal during the capping process.

2.All 304/316 stainless steel structures.

3.No bottle and no cap.                                

4.It will automatically stop when there is a shortage of bottles.

5.The sealing effect is stable and reliable, with an unqualified rate of no more than 0.2%.
