The GQ150 tube centrifuge is suitable for the two-phase clarification and separation of liquid and solid in turbid liquids in the extraction industry. It shortens the sedimentation time, improves the clarification effect, and increases the output. It has the characteristics of saving time and labor, high content of effective components, and high clarity of the solution. It is more suitable for separating fine particles or flocculated suspensions that are difficult to settle and filter. The outer cavity of the machine body adopts a door-type design, which allows the rotor to be taken out directly, facilitating the user to remove the rotor and discharge the residue.
  1. Working Principle: The centrifuge consists of a machine body, transmission system, rotor, liquid collection plate, and liquid inlet bearing seat. The electric motor is connected to the large pulley, and the power is transmitted to the flexible main shaft through the belt, tensioner, and small pulley, driving the rotor to rotate at high speed in a clockwise direction. The heterogeneous liquid is ejected into the rotor through the nozzle at the bottom of the liquid inlet bearing seat. There are three longitudinal flat plates inside the rotor to quickly bring the liquid to the same angular velocity as the rotor.
    The liquid entering the rotor, driven by the high-speed rotating rotor, forms a centrifugal force field. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heterogeneous liquid stratifies, with the liquid phase on the outside of the rotor cavity and the solid phase at the center of the rotor cavity. Due to the continuous ejection of the liquid through the nozzle, the liquid is separated into liquid and solid phases while retained in the rotor cavity, then the liquid phase flows to the upper part of the rotor and is discharged through the liquid outlet at the upper part of the rotor. It is collected by the liquid collection plate and then expelled outside the machine. A small amount of solid will deposit on the inner wall of the rotor, which is manually removed after the machine stops.
  2. Features:
    1. The front door is arc-shaped, making it convenient and quick to remove the rotor and discharge the residue.
    2. The inner lining of the cylindrical body is made of stainless steel hairline plate, which is aesthetically pleasing, simple, and easy to clean.
    3. The rotor is processed using an external spinning process, which increases the strength of the rotor and reduces the deformation over long-term use.
    4. During high-speed operation, the lower resistance does not use grease lubrication to avoid secondary contamination of the material.
