Automatic single-head film cutting and cap removal integrated machine
1 This equipment is designed to prevent manual cutting of the bucket mouth label with a blade, which may cause scratches on the bucket mouth, thereby extending the service life of the bucket. The equipment uses high-temperature film cutting guns to thermally cut the labels on the bucket mouths, without damaging the buckets and without the need for manual handling.
2 The single-head cap-pulling machine is implemented in four actions (equipped with a cap-free detection device) :
a) The piston of the square cylinder built into the lid-pulling head moves upward to drive the connected conical block, which in turn drives the two claw pieces to hold the bucket lid to be pulled out tightly, completing the lid-pulling action.
b) The piston of the cap removal cylinder placed on the cap removal head moves upward, driving the entire cap removal head to move upward, and the bucket to be capped also moves upward accordingly.
However, as the shoulder of the bucket body is blocked by the fixed baffle, during the upward movement of the lid-pulling head, the lid is pulled off the bucket. This is the lid-pulling action.
c) After the cover is removed, the piston of the built-in square cylinder immediately descends, and the column block connected to it pushes the four claw plates to open the cover, which falls off under its own weight, completing the cover removal action.
d) As the lid drops down, the air nozzle immediately opens, and the compressed air immediately blows the lid towards the flow cap opening, flowing into the cap collection box, thus completing the entire cap removal action. The four actions take less than 2 seconds in total. The frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
e) It is equipped with a lid-free detection device that does not remove the lid, thereby reducing damage to the bucket.
f) When removing the cap, the movement is smooth and gentle, with little impact force and no vibration. The speed can reach up to 1,200 barrels per hour.
