Full‑Case Check‑Weighing Inspection
1. Equipment Introduction
The check‑weigher carries out real‑time weight inspection for finished products of food, beverage, beer and other industries. It obtains real‑time product weight via weighing load‑cells. Xinshi self‑developed check‑weighing system compares measured weight against preset qualified target weight to detect defects such as underweight. Complete alarm design can notify on‑site operators timely upon production faults for prompt troubleshooting to guarantee production efficiency.
This inspection system mainly consists of HMI unit, check‑weighing unit, spacing conveyor section and reject section. The HMI unit includes touch screen, tower lamp and operation interface. The rejector serves as the executing mechanism of the system for diverting or rejecting underweight film‑wrapped, carton‑packed and crate‑packed products.
1.1 Installation Method & Position
A 1‑meter straight single‑lane pressure‑free conveying section shall be reserved upstream of the equipment. Sufficient gap shall be maintained between consecutive products entering the weighing section. Insufficient gap may trigger false detection and false rejection (related to operating speed; a spacing conveyor can be installed upstream to solve this issue). Exact installation position shall follow technical communication or equipment layout drawing.
2. Equipment Layout

2.1 Spacing Conveyor Module A DC motor drives contact belt to create speed difference for spacing adjacent products, preventing multiple goods entering weighing section simultaneously which would cause detection error and false rejection.
2.2 Check‑Weighing Module A DC motor drives contact belt to convey products forward. High‑precision weighing load‑cells acquire real‑time weight of passing goods and feed data back to main control module for comparative analysis.
2.3 Main Control Module Composed of check‑weighing analysis system, industrial computer and other electrical components. It governs operation of all modules, analyzes and judges collected product weight information. Once defective product is identified, reject signal is transmitted to reject module for product removal.
Touch screen is installed inside control cabinet for daily operation. Touch screen reaches IP65 industrial protection grade with good adaptability to field environment. Multi‑channel alarm system triggers acousto‑optic alarm upon abnormal conditions. Control cabinet is manufactured in compliance with German Rittal standard. Full panels are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2.4 Reject Module The reject module is an efficient automatic auxiliary device for production lines, widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics and other industries. Matched with full‑case check‑weigher, it rejects weight‑non‑conforming products caused by missing parts or insufficient weight during packaging, meanwhile ensuring qualified products smoothly transfer to subsequent production stages.

4. Technical Notes
4.1 Products shall be conveyed stably without shifting or tilting. Conveyor chain speed shall remain stable without fluctuation.
4.2 Products shall pass through inspection system free of external pressure. Consistent gap between adjacent products must be maintained to guarantee inspection reliability & accuracy.
