Fully automatic softening valve 73515/73615

1. Main Uses and Scope of Application
Mainly used in water treatment systems for intelligent control of the entire water treatment process, including softening, desalination, or filtration. 53515/53615 (Filtration)
Suitable for swimming pool filtration equipment, filtration systems, activated carbon filters, quartz sand filters, etc. in reverse osmosis pretreatment systems. 63515/63615 (Co-current Regeneration Softening) 73515/73615 (Counter-current Regeneration Softening) Suitable for ion exchange equipment with raw water hardness ≤6.5mmol/L. Suitable for boiler feedwater softening systems, softening systems in reverse osmosis pretreatment systems, etc.
2. Product Features
- Simple Structure and Reliable Sealing
Uses high-flatness, corrosion-resistant end-face sealing plates for opening and closing, ensuring reliable sealing; integrates the entire softening process functions, including operation, backwashing and salt absorption, slow washing, forward washing, and brine tank replenishment. - Single-tank control valve does not discharge water during regeneration.
- Brine tank replenishment is controlled by an electric ball valve, allowing for simultaneous water replenishment during operation and shortening the regeneration cycle; 63515/63615 replenish raw water, and 73515/73615 replenish soft water.
- Multiple installation methods are available. Using side-mounted connectors, it can be changed from top-mounted to side-mounted, and the display screen can be extended for installation.
- Manual function: Forced regeneration can be initiated immediately by pressing a key.
- Power outage parameter protection and prompts: If a power outage exceeds 3 days, the clock data "12:12" will flash continuously after power is restored, requiring a time reset; other previously set parameters are permanently saved after a power outage and do not need to be reset, and completed cycles will resume upon power restoration.
- Continuous scrolling of the LED color display bar indicates operation; no light indicates the system is in regeneration mode.
-
Parameters can be adjusted as needed
According to the actual water quality and configuration, parameters for each process can be modified and set.
Four Flow Modes Available (Applicable to models 63615/73615)
| Mode | Name | Description |
|---|---|---|
| A-01 | Flow Delay Type | Regeneration or flushing is triggered when the output flow reaches the set flow rate and the set regeneration time is reached. |
| A-02 | Flow Instant Type | Regeneration or flushing is triggered immediately when the output flow reaches the set flow rate. |
| A-03 | Intelligent Flow Delay Type | Input resin volume, raw water hardness, and regeneration coefficient; the system automatically calculates the periodic water production capacity. Regeneration mode is the same as A-01. |
| A-04 | Intelligent Flow Instant Type | Input resin volume, raw water hardness, and regeneration coefficient; the system automatically calculates the periodic water production capacity. Regeneration mode is the same as A-02. |
-
Maximum Days Between Regenerations Can Be Set (Applicable to models 63615/73615)
If the operating days reach the set number of days before the flow reaches the set value, the system will force entry into the regeneration or flushing process when the current time matches the set regeneration or flushing time.
3. Operating Conditions
The operating conditions for the exchanger equipped with this control valve must meet the requirements listed in the table below:
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Operating Conditions | |
| Working Pressure | 0.2 MPa ~ 0.6 MPa |
| Inlet Water Temperature | 5℃ ~ 50℃ |
| Ambient Temperature | 5℃ ~ 50℃ |
| Working Environment | |
| Relative Humidity | ≤ 95% (at 25℃) |
| Power Supply | AC 100~240V / 50~60Hz |
| Inlet Water Quality | |
| Turbidity | Filtration (53515/53615): < 20 FTU Co-current Softening (63515/63615): < 5 FTU Counter-current Softening (73515/73615): < 2 FTU |
| Oxygen Consumption (CODMn) | Primary Sodium: < 6.5 mmol/L Secondary Sodium: < 10 mmol/L |
Remarks
In the table, "Primary Sodium" refers to a primary sodium ion exchanger, and "Secondary Sodium" refers to the use of a secondary sodium ion exchanger.
- When the inlet water turbidity exceeds the operating conditions, a filter or settling tank should be installed at the inlet of the control valve.
- When the inlet water hardness exceeds the operating conditions, making it difficult to achieve the boiler water requirement (0.03 mmol/L) for outlet hardness, secondary softening should be adopted.
