1.Mechanical structure and functional characteristics
The fully automatic rotary hot melt adhesive labeling machine is developed by the senior technical team of Chaoyue based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology for domestic users. While comprehensively upgrading the product, we have fully considered the actual needs of domestic customers, making the cost performance of the equipment the best among similar products. High-speed, precise positioning, reduced manpower and perfect packaging are the design spirits of this equipment. It is suitable for beverage and health food factories and features an attractive appearance and easy cleaning and maintenance. This machine has been granted four national technical patents, with patent numbers: 201721567348.4, 201921999733.5, 201921334967.8, and 201922382917.3.
This series of labeling machines have a wide range of applications and are suitable for circular and cylindrical containers such as plastic bottles, glass bottles and metal containers in the washing, beverage, mineral water and food industries. They can apply opp film, pearlescent film, paper-plastic composite film and paper labels around the bottle body. Due to the use of non-shrinkable materials, the printed patterns on the labels will not deform, ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the product packaging. It has also greatly reduced the cost of packaging materials.
It can be connected with the filling line for production, which greatly increases the production speed and saves costs.

Intelligent missing bid alarm function.
The intelligent deviation correction function keeps the labeling error within ±1mm.
We independently developed an intelligent program. During production, if a bottle is missing, there is no need to stop the machine. When a bottle arrives, it will automatically run, avoiding frequent starts that may cause damage to the equipment and also reducing energy consumption.
It adopts Schneider imported servo motors and Siemens PLC control, which is simple to operate and runs stably and reliably.
The synchronous gear rotation system is adopted, and the screw and star wheel are used in coordination for bottle entry and exit to ensure smooth and stable product entry and exit during high-speed operation.
The bottle conveying section includes the conveying chain conveyor (stainless steel plate chain), screw conveying, turntable section, and label covering mechanism. The main motor drives the screw conveyor and the bottle feeding wheel. The conveying and label covering mechanisms are powered separately.
The label conveying section, namely the label station, is equipped with constant tension control, deviation correction mechanism, traction mechanism, label suction hub (label cutting), label application hub, and gluing mechanism.
The gluing part includes a glue water pump, a glue application table and a glue liquid circulation system.
The electric lifting function of the bottle press head allows for the operation of changing product heights on the human-machine interface, which is convenient for adjustment.
The safety clutch design of the star wheel for bottle entry and exit automatically stops and alarms when a bottle is stuck.
When the safety guard of the entire machine is opened, the machine will automatically shut down.
This labeling machine conveyor line does not come with a motor; it uses the motor from the front filling conveyor line. Or it can be connected in parallel, but the specific connection should be made according to the actual layout diagram.
2.Workflow
This hot melt adhesive OPP labeling machine is a new type of rotary and continuous operation labeling machine. The equipment can automatically adjust the input and output transmission conditions of the container. The containers conveyed by the conveyor belt are separated by the bottle separation screw at a certain distance according to the spacing of the star wheels. Then, the inlet star wheel conveys the containers to the container turntable. After the containers are fixed by the bottle pressing mechanism and the mold seat of the containers, the containers start to rotate at a certain speed. And position and label according to the trajectory of the institution.
When the container reaches the position detected by the photoelectric eye, the PLC controls the label feeding system to feed the label. After completing one label feeding action, the high-speed cutter cuts off a label. Due to the adoption of Schneider's ultra-small inertia high-speed servo motor, the accuracy and stability of high-speed marking feeding and cutting are guaranteed.
The cut labels are transferred to the vacuum suction drum and sent into the gluing system. In this section, the system applies adhesive to both the front and back edges of the label. This gluing method minimizes the consumption of hot melt adhesive. When the glued label is turned to the labeling position, it can accurately and effectively adhere to the container. Because the container is in a rotating state during the transmission of the label, the label can be smoothly and closely adhered to the container. The adhesive strip at the end of the application can form a good label lap seal, completing a labeling process. The main labeling processes are detailed in sequence as follows:
Bottle Infeed → Positioning → Detection → Label Cutting → Label Suction → Gluing Labeling → Label Smoothing → Bottle Outfeed
