vacuum low-temperature frying, which can be quickly dehydrated and dried in a very short time and obtain fruits and vegetables products with low water content.
The rate of oil content is low, crisp and not greasy. It preserves the original shape, color, aroma and taste and is rich in vitamins, minerais, fiber and other nutrients. It has the characteristics of low sugar, low salt, low fat and low heat.
Our company has introduced a full set of vacuum fryers produced by the latest vacuum low-temperature frying technology from abroad, and its technology is in a leading position in the domestic industry. The vacuum frying equipment produced by our company is intermittent and there are two series(VFI,VFI1).
