- High-efficiency preform feeding system: The fully automated preform sorting and feeding mechanism not only achieves rapid and efficient preform sorting and feeding actions, saving labor costs, but also further enhances the stability of the entire equipment operation process. On the track of the preform sorting mechanism, sensors are installed. When the preform channel is lacking preforms, preforms will automatically enter the preform sorting system from the hopper, and single-channel preform feeding is adopted, effectively solving the problems of preform jamming and wear between preforms.
- Servo embryo separation system: Embryo separation is carried out by servo motors at equal intervals. The travel and speed of the servo motors can be adjusted simply by setting parameters on the operation console. The complex process is completed digitally, ensuring safety, speed and accuracy. The single-channel embryo separation method controlled by servo motors is faster and more precise in position compared to traditional multi-channel embryo separation and cylinder embryo separation methods.
- Intelligent heating system: It uses infrared lamp tubes to penetrate and heat the preforms, making the stretching of the preforms more uniform and achieving high transparency. It is equipped with imported reflective aluminum plates to fully utilize the heat energy of the lamp tubes, shorten the heating time, reduce energy consumption, and increase production capacity. Moreover, the temperature of each lamp tube in each layer can be adjusted independently, allowing for adjustments up and down, and front and back according to different preform requirements of customers. - Servo clamping system: The clamping system is driven by a servo motor and features a mechanical linkage transmission. The mold and the bottom mold are clamped synchronously by the servo motor. A high-pressure booster plate is installed on the back of the mold frame for high-pressure clamping, effectively reducing the visibility of the mold line on the finished bottle and ensuring the quality of the bottle. The mold adopts a drawer-type structure, which is convenient for mold replacement. The operator can complete the replacement within half an hour.
- Servo stretching system: The servo motor drives the stretching system. The servo motor drives the rack and pinion to perform the stretching. The self-developed photoelectric limit and mechanical limit dual guarantee mode prevent the stretching rod from touching the bottom mold. The first blow and second blow cycle times can be adjusted separately on the control console. According to different preforms and bottle types of customers, the stretching rod can be automatically adjusted, with high flexibility.

- Cooling/Freezing Water Circulation System: The cooling and heating head device independently developed by Langxin Company ensures the cooling of the heating head after the bottle is removed. A cooling water channel is set under the heating box, which blocks the heat of the lamp tube when the bottle blank is heated. A cold air system is located below the cooling water channel to cool the bottle mouth and prevent the tooth from deforming. The freezing water flows to the mold to quickly cool the mold and improve the overall production capacity and efficiency of the machine.
