Fully automatic Soda water filling machine

Carbonated beverage/soda water filling machines are suitable for the production of various carbonated beverages, such as soda water, cola, and other fizzy drinks. These machines use neck-clutch transmission technology to achieve fully automatic rinsing, filling, and capping processes, with high levels of automation. They feature precise CO₂ pressure control and stable liquid level management. Additionally, they have multiple safety alarm systems for bottle jams, missing bottles, missing caps, and overload conditions, ensuring product quality.

Cleaning section

1.After entering the host, the bottles go through the transfer star wheel  into the rinsing machine.  

2.The bottle clamp lifts the bottle's mouth along the rinsing guide and flips it 180 degrees, so that the mouth faces downward.

Filling section

 1.The filling volume can be fine-tuned and the liquid level remains the after filling.

 2.All 304/316 stainless steel contact parts and liquid tanks are finely polished with no dead corners and are easy to clean.

 3.During filling, the bottles are lifted by cylinders, and the high-speed operation is stable and reliable.

Capping part

1.When the capping head takes out the cap through the cap distribution tray,the top cap sleeve holds the cap and straightens the cap.

2.To ensure the correct position of the lid in the capping die and guarantee the capping quality.
