3. Equipment Principle
Products are conveyed from the upstream conveyor (or manually loaded) → Plate chain conveyor conveying → Material distribution → Photoelectric eye detection → Label dispenser receives the photoelectric eye signal to dispense labels → Labels are quickly applied to the required labeling position on the product → Label pressing roller presses the label → Finished products are output via the plate chain conveyor

The cylinder clutch swing rod cooperates with the new tension control to make the label tension more stable, which is conducive to high-speed label dispensing. The combination of aluminum alloy material and power rubber roller has more biting force, keeping the label in a tight state at all times, facilitating photoelectric eye detection to achieve accurate label dispensing, and reducing the force on the backing paper to avoid label breakage during high-speed labeling.

The screwless star wheel bottle infeed is 1:1 customized for products, preventing bottle body scratches and making the bottle shape more beautiful. The star wheel is equipped with an overload device. When a certain resistance is encountered due to bottle jamming or other human (external force) factors, the system's overload protection device will automatically alarm and stop, with good safety protection.

The control program is equipped with a label reservation device, which is more accurate than the photoelectric control reservation of peers, can be accurate to pieces, no adjustment is needed. The label reservation amount can be set according to the operator's usage habits. After reaching the reservation amount, the feeding end automatically intercepts bottle feeding and gives an audible and visual alarm. The materials already in the labeling station will continue to complete the labeling action, which can realize quick label replacement, and no debugging is needed after label replacement. Close the interception to realize seamless connection operation.

Overload protection device: When bottles are jammed at the infeed or outfeed star wheel, the system's overload protection device will automatically alarm and stop, and the display screen will show the fault. Moreover, manually rotating the star wheel will automatically reset.

5. Safety Assurance

- Label Shortage Alarm: Set an alarm when labels are about to run out to remind operators to prepare for label replacement.
- Bottle Shortage Alarm: The equipment stops and alarms when there is a shortage of bottles; automatically resumes production when bottles are available, which is convenient for line production.
- The whole machine mechanical structure adopts reinforced rigid design, which is simple and stable.
