1. Product Introduction
Model QBG-2 fully automatic label cutting and cap removing machine consists of frame, film cutting unit, cap removing unit, air cylinders and electric control system. It works with the conveyor chain to realize inline continuous operation.
The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The film cutting and cap removing heads adopt 3rd-generation custom die steel, which is durable, will not damage bucket mouths and allows fine adjustment. Air cylinders and electrical components are well-known brands at home and abroad, including Airtac, Siemens and Schneider.

2. Working Principle
Empty buckets are delivered into the machine by the conveyor chain. Once the sensor detects an incoming bucket, the bucket stop cylinder acts to hold the bucket in place. The film cutting unit moves up to the bucket mouth. High-temperature air removes the film, and constant-temperature air blows the label into the label collection port to finish film cutting.
The bucket is then conveyed to the cap removing station. When a bucket with cap is detected, the corresponding cap removing cylinder descends, and the cap removing head sleeves over the bucket cap. The cylinder tightens to grip the cap, then lifts to remove it, and releases the cap once in place. Meanwhile, the air blow solenoid valve opens to blow the removed cap into the collection bin.
The bucket stop cylinder retracts, and the processed empty bucket is conveyed out. The machine repeats the above cycles to complete continuous film cutting and cap removal.
