The entire machine is servo-controlled, making the equipment operation safer, more stable and smarter. The turntable starts only when there is a can; the turntable speed can be adjusted independently. When deformed cans or foreign objects jam the turntable, it will automatically stop, effectively protecting the equipment from damage and ensuring the safety of the operators. After a one-click reset, the fault can be cleared and the operation can resume, greatly saving time and improving production efficiency.
Two sealing rollers with a total of four simultaneously complete the sealing process, ensuring high sealing performance. Made in Taiwan with Japanese die steel material, it features high hardness and high surface finish, ensuring a smooth, tight seal without leakage. It has an extremely long service life, up to 10 million cans.
