Non screw bottle feeding is compatible with screw bottle feeding, and the bottle body is scratch resistant, ensuring smooth and stable product entry and exit during high-speed operation.

Dual human-machine interface: The main and auxiliary touch screens are linked and controlled, and the movable design of the auxiliary touch screen reduces personnel’s back and forth movement during machine adjustment, making it easier to adjust and save machine adjustment time

Using BASLER cameras from Germany to collect positioning inertia points and coordinate with servo station motors, precise positioning and labeling are achieved through PLC system control

Adopting ABB high-power, high torque, and ultra small inertia servo marking system, with high marking accuracy and stable operation

High speed label feeding station: composed of 3 servo motors, 1 variable frequency motor, dual cylinder clutch, and mechanical components.

1. Adopting a 3-pole support and 8-dimensional spatial adjustment design, it is easy to operate without the need for tools;

2. Diameter of label tray is increased to 500mm, with a floor standing independent bottom paper recycling mechanism that can accommodate 5-6 rolls of labels at once, reducing the number of label changes and cleaning of bottom paper

3. Pre delivery label servo control unwinding, pre discharge label hopper photoelectric induction scalar, independent label feeding motor, dual cylinder clutch tension control, coordinated with each other for label output, with an accuracy of ± 0.2mm and a speed of 160m/min;

4. The combination of three sets of aluminum alloy pressure rollers and power rubber rollers enhances the biting force, keeping the label in a tensioned state at all times for easy electric eye detection, thereby improving the accuracy of label printing. The label printing is smooth, while reducing the force on the label bottom paper and avoiding the phenomenon of broken bottom paper during high-speed label feeding;

5. Both the label and paper delivery adopt an airbag tensioning structure, which is simple and fast to operate without the need for tools, reducing the time for label replacement and cleaning the bottom paper.
