Working principle:
By means of the rotating fow field formed by the high-speed rotor, the partcles fom a regular distribution according to dfiferent sizes, and the coarseand fine particles are separated: the cdlassifer is composed of a rotor, guide vanes, a rectifer, a feeder, and a dispersion larea, etc. The material enters theclassification area in the gas-solid two-phase fow, and enters the gap of the high-sped rotor blades under the drive of the wind force. The coarse particlesare thrown out of the dlassification area under the action of centifugal force and fall along the container wal. The secondary air further disperses the fnepowder mixed or adhering to the coarse powder, and enters the dassification area for clasfcation again. Fine particles pass through the classification areawith the air flow and enter the cyclone separator and bag filter as products for collection.
Main features:
It can separate the particle size within the micron scale range where ordinary sieves are dificultto work. Our classification technology has the advantagesof wide adaptability, high classification accuracy, and high efficiency.
System composition:
Itmainly consists of control devices, raw material bins,feed devices, dassifer main engines,cyclone separators, bag fiters, fans and other auxiliaryequipment.
