The FT83 utilizes vertical flow and laminar flow cabinets to maintain air quality at Federal Standard 209E Class 100 during operation. The high technical specification is achieved by filtering air through high-efficiency particulate air filters, and most of this filtered air is recirculated to enhance the filtration effect. A digital airflow reader is integrated into the equipment and will sound an alarm when the high-efficiency particulate filter needs to be replaced. Pre-filters can extend the lifespan of the high-efficiency particulate filters. A hygienic pneumatic three-way valve controlled by a foot pedal allows products in the UHT system to be dispensed through the filling head or directly discharged.

When filling, the operator places the pre-sterilized container under the filling head and uses the foot pedal to fill to the required liquid level. When performing CIP or SIP, a stainless steel tube in the work chamber is placed between the upper part of the filling head and the reflux outlet. The cleaning liquid or sterilizing hot water is discharged through the filling head and can also flow through the bypass section. Now, in these modes, a complete micro intelligent controller can control the three-way control valve and its liquid flow mode. During the SIP process, the intelligent controller can also monitor the water temperature to meet the specified sterilization time and temperature. When the flow mode is selected as drainage, a matching heat exchanger can reduce the sterilizing hot water to a safe temperature. A back pressure valve is used to maintain the pressure in the system to prevent boiling.

Containers that are usually filled need to be sterilized before filling. Any convenient sterilization method can be used, such as autoclaving, irradiation, or purchasing sterilized containers from laboratory equipment suppliers. During use, the work area is manually cleaned. The work surface can be removed from the workbench, and a drain valve is installed on the floor of the work area to facilitate cleaning. The workbench surface is disinfected by using appropriate sprays (such as ethanol).

This method can also be applied to the necks of containers and necessary sealing areas. The filled containers can be easily removed from the workshop, and new containers can be placed in without contaminating the product. Tests have shown that new operators can produce aseptic packaging products similar to those from aseptic filling production line systems through some simple operations when operating this system.

There is a nitrogen nozzle in the system. During the canning process, it points towards the container, thus ensuring that the packaged product contains very little oxygen.
