Cooling Principle of Evaporative Air Cooler
The core cooling component of a standard evaporative air cooler is the high-efficiency evaporative cooling pad – a "100% natural multi-level corrugated fiber composite material". It leverages the physical phenomenon of "water evaporation absorbing heat": when the fan blows air inward, outdoor air passes through the water-soaked cooling pad; water and air fully contact, and water evaporates to absorb heat from the air, thereby achieving cooling, ventilation, and air exchange effects. It is especially suitable for high-temperature and densely populated places.

Air Change Rate Reference for Various Scenarios
Definition of air change rate: Air change rate (times/hour) = Total indoor air supply volume (m³/h) ÷ [Indoor floor area (m²) × Indoor height (m)]
- Crowded public areas: Require 25-30 air changes per hour
- High-temperature production workshops with large foot traffic: Require 40-50 air changes per hour
- High-temperature & high-humidity production workshops: Require 50-60 air changes per hour
(Note: Increase the air change rate in humid areas; appropriately reduce it in hot northern regions)
