Explanation of Exemption from Installation Declaration and Inspection
Electric heating steam generators with a designed normal water level volume (geometric total volume) < 30L are small-sized steam generators designed and developed in accordance with NB/T10941 Technical Specifications for Small Boilers and Atmospheric Hot Water Boilers and NB/T10936 Technical Specifications for Electric Heating Boilers, and they do not fall into the category of special equipment.
Electric heating steam boilers (Class D boilers) with a designed normal water level volume (geometric total volume) > 30L and ≤ 50L, and a rated working pressure ≤ 0.8MPa, are designed, manufactured, and inspected in compliance with TSG11 Boiler Safety Technical Regulations, TSG91 Boiler Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technical Regulations, GB/T16508 Shell Boilers, NB/T10936 Technical Specifications for Electric Heating Boilers, and JB/T23796 Metal Tubular Electric Heating Elements. In accordance with Article 99 of the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, TSG11 Boiler Safety Technical Regulations, and Boiler Safety Technical Regulations (No.1 Amendment), such products do not require installation declaration and are not within the scope of mandatory installation supervision and inspection.
