Product Overview
The electric threaded three-way ball valve consists of an HL electric actuator and a three-way ball valve. It is a type of rotary cut-off and regulating valve, featuring tight closure, compact structure, light weight, and easy maintenance. The electric three-way ball valve uses 220V single-phase alternating current as its power source and accepts on-off signals from the control system. By switching the single-phase power supply to drive a reversible single-phase gear reducer, the ball valve can switch the pipeline according to specified requirements. The two-seat sealing electric three-way ball valve can switch the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline and can also connect or close two mutually perpendicular channels. The four-seat sealing electric three-way ball valve can not only switch the flow direction of the medium but also interconnect three channels. It can also close any one channel while connecting the other two channels, allowing flexible control of the convergence or distribution of the medium in the pipeline. The electric three-way ball valve is suitable for pipeline systems in water supply, petrochemical, metallurgy, mining, light textile, energy, papermaking, food, steel, and other industries.
Main Features

2. Good sealing performance: Leakage-free sealing is achieved by utilizing the elastic deformation of the PTFE material in the four-way valve seat.
3. Multi-functional valve: Any port can be used as the inlet without leakage. The three-way valve can be configured as either an L-type or a T-type port.
4. Easy maintenance: After the system is depressurized, the valve body does not need to be removed for inspection and repair.
Valve Control Methods
Electric three-way ball valves are available in L-type and T-type configurations, with the direction of medium flow shown in the figure below. The L-type electric three-way ball valve is suitable for switching the direction of medium flow and can connect two mutually perpendicular channels. The T-type electric three-way ball valve is suitable for the diversion, convergence, or switching of medium flow. The T-type channel can interconnect three channels or connect any two of them. Electric three-way ball valves generally adopt a two-seat structure but can also be configured with a four-seat structure according to user requirements.
