Product Properties
This product is refined and extracted from fresh egg yolk powder as raw material, using proprietary patented technology and equipment. It presents as yellow to brownish-yellow plastic form or powder, with a slight egg fishy odor.
Among them, E-70 and E-90 are insoluble in acetone, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, diethyl ether and n-hexane, and their color will gradually darken when exposed to air. E-30 is a yellow powder, insoluble in acetone, and partially soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and isopropanol.
