This egg white and yolk separator can both separate eggshells from egg liquid and achieve full separation of egg whites from yolks.
Simply feed cleaned eggs one by one into the mold holes on the conveyor belt. When eggs reach the breaking station, their shells are automatically cut open. Under the clamping device, the shells split open to both sides, allowing yolk and egg white to flow out. In the separation unit, egg white is filtered out and collected into a designated container, while yolk flows into a separate container—achieving complete separation of egg yolk and white.
