Disinfectant Preparation Unit
Function Description:
The disinfectant preparation process includes disinfectant preparation, detection, and temperature control. In aseptic cold filling projects, it provides a constant concentration ratio of disinfectant for the sterilization and disinfection of the beverage filling unit and the bottle cap sterilization unit.
The online concentration detection (PAA detection) in this system can always ensure that during the usage process, according to the set process values, it automatically records, mixes the water for disinfectant preparation, the original disinfectant solution, and the original wetting agent solution, controls the concentration of the disinfectant, and keeps the concentration of the mixed disinfectant within the required accuracy range. When the disinfectant concentration is lower or higher than the set value, the PLC controls the main pump to stop running and stops the supply of disinfectant. At the same time, it quantitatively calculates the addition of wetting agent and disinfectant through the metering pump to meet the blending set values in the PLC control system and prepare the disinfectant solution required for the project.

2) Constant system concentration and temperature - The system concentration remains unchanged during production regardless of the amount of subsequent equipment usage, ensuring constant concentration and temperature within the system and guaranteeing sterilization effectiveness.
3) Simple operation - The system is centrally controlled by PLC, and all process detections are displayed on the touch screen. Operators only need to set parameters on the touch screen and monitor the system's stability through the data detection system on the touch screen.
