The YPF series diaphragm pressure gauge is used to measure the pressure or negative pressure of various fluid media with certain corrosiveness, non-solidification or non-crystallization. The diaphragm pressure gauge is divided into ordinary type and all-stainless steel type. Besides the difference in materials, their pressure measurement ranges are also different. The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge can measure micro-pressure and negative pressure in the range of 1.6 to 40 KPa in addition to conventional pressure. For occasions with granular media and where it is necessary to prevent the accumulation of sediment in the measured medium, the flange type stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge can be used. This product is widely used in chemical equipment with corrosive media and micro-pressure measurement.
Structural principle:
The instrument consists of a measurement system (including flange joint and corrugated diaphragm), a transmission and indication mechanism (including connecting rod, gear transmission mechanism, pointer and dial), and a housing (including case and cover).
The working principle of the instrument is based on the deformation of the elastic element (diaphragm in the measurement system). Under the action of the pressure of the measured medium, the diaphragm undergoes corresponding elastic deformation - displacement. Through the rotation of the connecting rod group via the transmission mechanism and amplification, the measured value is indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft of the movement.
