Overview of Usage
This product is widely used in scientific research and industrial production departments such as medical and health care, pharmaceutical industry, biochemistry and agricultural science for bacterial culture, fermentation and other constant temperature experiments.
Structural features
Double-layer door structure: When the box door is opened, the inner door is made of high-quality insulated tempered glass, which is convenient for observing the situation inside the working chamber without affecting the internal temperature.
· Dual temperature safety device: The temperature controller is equipped with an automatic tracking and over-temperature alarm device. Once the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating system will be immediately cut off. Meanwhile, a temperature safety device is installed in the working chamber to ensure the safety of the culture inside.
It adopts a microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument with P.I.D. control, featuring self-tuning function and LED high-brightness digital tube display, which is clear and intuitive. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically determines the power required for heating and displays the heating status. There is no risk of temperature overshoot, and the temperature control is precise and stable. It has the function of automatically restoring memory in case of power failure.
The inner tank is made of high-quality mirror-finish stainless steel with rounded corners, featuring corrosion resistance, acid resistance, and easy cleaning.
The height of the studio shelves can be adjusted freely according to the user's needs.
· Working mode: Continuous or 1-9999 minute timing function.
· Independent temperature-limiting alarm system, which will automatically interrupt immediately when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the smooth progress of the experiment (optional).
The studio can be equipped with ultraviolet sterilization devices or lighting fixtures (optional).
