Control Valve

A new product for flow and pressure regulation in automated remote control systems, primarily functioning to stabilize pressure, reduce pressure, and reduce temperature in fluid pipelines. It mainly consists of a valve body, sleeve, valve disc, valve stem, and other parts. Both the sleeve and valve disc have throttling holes, and the flow area is changed by the rotation of the valve disc within the valve seat to regulate flow. The internal heat generated by the motor operation of the control valve can lead to thermal protection, causing the control valve to stop working; since the motor must undergo multi-stage deceleration to output torque, the operating speed is not very fast, making it unsuitable for some applications requiring rapid opening and closing. High torque and high speed remain a relatively difficult contradiction to solve.
