Thecutter cuts the dough roller into uniformly sized dough pieces and dropsthem into a foil tray, which is then formed by heating copper molds. The cylinder lifts up automatically to discharge the material. This minimizes humanintervention on products, achieving the production goal of reducing laborcosts while increasing output.
