Measurement checks act as a ratio or "fingerprint", capable of comparing all components with ionic components (mainly acids). It is provided together with Cobrix 7501 and Cobrix 7601 and can be used as an upgraded version of Cobrix 5501 and 5601. When the result is consistent with the benchmark of a specific product, it can confirm the accuracy of the beverage mixture, composition and overall measurement. It can identify differences such as residual sugar, missing key components, residues from the cleaning process, missing key aroma components or sensor malfunctions, ensuring high-level quality control and consistency of the final product.

The evaluation unit can be placed 250 meters away from the sensor, thus allowing for easy access to production data. It features a standard Ethernet connection with Davis 5 software, allowing for the visualization of statistics, production data and trends across the entire factory, and can also be integrated with laboratory equipment as needed. This system offers a variety of communication options, including classic analog output (4mA to 20mA), digital input/output, and multiple fieldbus choices, ensuring seamless data integration with various platforms.
