Product Introduction
-
The series of recirculating water multi-purpose vacuum pumps use recirculating water as the working fluid to generate negative pressure through fluid jetting to create a vacuum.
-
It provides vacuum conditions for processes such as evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, vacuum filtration, degassing, etc., and is especially suitable for laboratories and pilot-scale operations in industries such as universities, research institutes, chemical, pharmaceutical, biochemistry, food, pesticides, agricultural engineering, and bioengineering.
-
The working principle is the same as that of a benchtop pump.
-
Compared with benchtop pumps, it has a larger pumping capacity and is designed for applications requiring high vacuum extraction.
-
The pump has five independent suction heads that can be used separately or in parallel. When connected in parallel with a five-way manifold (optional), the combined pumping capacity is sufficient to meet the needs of large-scale rotary evaporators or reactors.
-
It features a dedicated motor with fluororubber seals, preventing corrosive gases from entering the motor.
-
The tank is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer shell is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled carbon steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating.
-
The jet nozzle is made of copper, while the three-way connectors and suction nozzles are made of polypropylene (PP), and the check valve core is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
-
The pump body and impeller are made of stainless steel plate (SUS standard).
-
It is equipped with casters for easy mobility and flexible placement in laboratories or workshops.
-
The water in the tank needs to be changed regularly to ensure water purity, maintain vacuum levels, and prevent scaling.
-
For applications involving corrosive gases, the water change cycle should be shortened.
-
SHZ-95B: The pump body and impeller are made of polypropylene (PP), with other features being the same as the SHB-B95.
