Angel BG-150 series automatic film cutting and cap removing machine consists of frame, cap removing head, film cutting nozzle, air cylinders and electric control system. It works with the conveyor chain to realize inline continuous operation.

 

The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The cap removing head is manufactured with custom die steel by Angel, which is durable, will not damage bucket mouths and supports fine adjustment. Air cylinders and electrical components are sourced from well-known brands at home and abroad.

Empty buckets are delivered into the machine by the conveyor chain. Once the sensor detects an incoming bucket, the bucket stop cylinder acts to hold the bucket in place.

 

When a bucket with cap is detected, the corresponding cap removing cylinder descends and the cap removing head sleeves over the cap. The cylinder tightens to grip the cap, then lifts to finish cap removal. After the cylinder reaches the preset position, it releases the cap automatically. Meanwhile, the air-blow solenoid valve activates to blow the removed cap into the collection bin.

 

The bucket stop cylinder retracts, and the processed bucket is conveyed out. The machine repeats the above cycles to complete continuous cap removal.
