Cap Feeding, Washing, Sorting & Pressing Machine

1. Barrel caps are quantitatively and batch-fed into the cap sorting tray by the air-fed cap machine for orderly cap arranging and feeding.
2. The sorted caps are automatically sent to the inlet of the cap washer in sequence and driven into the cap washing station by a cylinder for fully automatic disinfection and rinsing.
3. To achieve more thorough sanitation and disinfection of the caps, the caps are sprayed and disinfected with disinfectant. The cap disinfection process consists of two parts: disinfectant spray sterilization and finished water rinsing.
4. The finished water rinsing further cleans the caps hygienically, which is to wash off residual chlorine and impurities on the caps.
5. It adopts Italian cap sorting and hanging technology, adapting to barrel height error of ±5mm, ensuring that the cap opening button will not be rolled into the cap.
6. Crawler-type cap pressing is adopted with uniform pressing force and accurate cap pressing, ensuring consistent product quality.
7. The entire process is automatically controlled by a computer.
